The Role

We are recruiting a Mentor Manager to support our MSV (Mentoring and Supported Volunteering) Project in Dundee. You will play a key role in empowering volunteers, helping them develop skills, and ensuring they have meaningful, rewarding experiences.

This role involves:

Supporting volunteer mentors to share their time and skills in an impactful way with their mentees.
Removing barriers so more people can access mentoring and volunteering opportunities.
Providing training, support and pathways to help volunteers grow and succeed.
Tracking progress, gathering evaluative data and evidencing impact

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

A strong communicator who’s passionate about training, development, and community impact
Someone organised, inclusive, and committed to supporting volunteers.
Someone with strong administrative skills for tracking and recording key information and impact
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
