Lindsays have further strengthened our Rural Land and Business team with the appointment of three highly experienced lawyers, reflecting our continued growth and rising demand for specialist advice across Scotland’s rural sector.
Linda Tinson joins as a Consultant, alongside Lorna McKay as a Partner and Sarah Taylor as a Director. The three have worked closely together for many years, most recently at Burness Paull, and previously at Ledingham Chalmers.
Their arrival marks a significant milestone for Lindsays’ Rural Land and Business practice, adding further depth and expertise at a time when rural businesses are navigating increasing complexity and change. Lorna and Sarah’s appointments will also see Rural Land and Business lawyers based in Lindsays’ Glasgow office for the first time.
These appointments follow shortly after the promotion of Lewis Crofts from Director to Partner and the recent arrival of Kirsty Graham as a Senior Associate, underlining the firm’s continued investment in the Rural team.
Commenting on the appointments, Andrew Diamond, our Managing Partner, said:
“Lindsays has a hard‑earned reputation for the high quality of our service to rural clients. These key strategic appointments support our ambition to take that to a new level as a leading firm advising the sector.
“Linda, Lorna and Sarah are fantastic additions to our team, and I am very much looking forward to working with them.”
