Together, the incoming organisations will occupy 51,589 sq ft within the development, highlighting continued confidence in Dundee as a destination for modern, future-focused businesses.
One of the key projects currently on site is the delivery of N-able’s new workplace, following the completion of the full design phase. The new space will feature sweeping views across V&A Dundee and the River Tay, reflecting both the ambition of the organisation and the evolving energy of the city itself.
