Kanzen for Life is a charity and social enterprise committed to building better lives and empowering communities. Through physical activity, education and leadership, the organisation supports more than 2,000 people every week across Dundee, Angus, Perth and Fife. Its work addresses real challenges facing communities and creates consistent opportunities for people to move, connect and grow.

The Dundee Kiltwalk is a nationally recognised event that brings people together in support of meaningful causes. Every pound raised will go directly to Kanzen for Life, supporting programmes that improve wellbeing, build confidence and develop future leaders.

Participation is simple and accessible. Businesses can enter teams of any size, choose a distance that suits their staff and fundraise collectively in the lead up to the event. Whether walking 4 miles or 20 miles, every step contributes to stronger communities and better lives.

Kanzen for Life is removing the financial barrier to entry. The charity will cover the walking fees for every participant.

For businesses, this is more than a day out. It strengthens team culture, supports staff wellbeing and demonstrates a clear commitment to the local area. It is a practical way to align business activity with social impact.
