City fostering charity Carolina House Trust is participating in the upcoming Dundee Play Festival. Keen to share the opportunities they offer foster carers with the wider community, they are offering a session as part of the Play Festival.

Support workers from Carolina House Trust offer 'Practical therapeutic methods of play' training to their foster carers to help build confidence in using play to engage with children and build trust and communication. They also recognise the wellbeing benefits of sensory play to people of all ages.

'Messy play for all ages' is scheduled at the Fairfield Community Hub at Drumgeith Park from 10am to 11.30am on Thursday 11th June. Age and experience is not a barrier to taking part, and only curiosity and old clothes are needed for this free event.

Book via the Carolina House Trust website.
