Scarf is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join its Home Energy Scotland team and help households across the North-East save money, improve energy efficiency and access available support.
The roles will be based across Perth & Kinross, Dundee City and Angus, with advisors providing impartial energy advice by phone and digital channels, as well as attending community events.
Full training will be provided, including a City & Guilds Energy Awareness course and an SQA-accredited qualification. The role offers a salary of £24,469, hybrid working and a range of employee benefits.
