Hannah Davidson shortlisted at Social Enterprise Awards Scotland 2026

Hannah Davidson, Community Coordinator at Kanzen for Life, has been shortlisted in the Social Enterprise Employee Champion category at the 2026 Social Enterprise Awards Scotland, recognising her commitment and contribution to the organisation and its wider community.

Hannah joined Kanzen for Life through The Rank Foundation’s Aspire Programme and has become an important part of the Dundee-based social enterprise charity’s team.

Kanzen for Life works with more than 2,000 people every week across Dundee, Angus, Fife and Perth and Kinross, using activity, wellbeing, education and leadership to build better lives and empower communities.

In her role as Community Coordinator, Hannah brings enthusiasm, care and a passion for making a difference. Her shortlisting recognises the contribution that dedicated employees make to social enterprise and the communities they serve.

The recognition comes during a significant year for Kanzen for Life, including the opening of its new Centre in Stobswell and the launch of Resilience, a book bringing together twelve Scots and their life-changing stories. Hannah played an important role in coordinating the book project.

Roy O’Kane, Charity Chief Officer at Kanzen for Life, said:

“We are really proud to see Hannah’s contribution recognised at a national level.

“Since joining us, she has become an important part of our team. She brings enthusiasm, commitment and a real care for the people and communities we work with.

“Her work on Resilience is a great example of that commitment. Bringing a project like this together takes patience, organisation and the ability to build relationships.

“Social enterprise depends on good people who believe in the work and take responsibility for making it happen. Hannah brings that to Kanzen for Life, and this shortlisting is well deserved.”

Hannah’s nomination sits alongside Kanzen for Life’s own shortlisting at this year’s awards, recognising both the organisation’s impact and the people behind its work.

The winners will be announced at the Social Enterprise Awards Scotland ceremony in October.
