Henderson Loggie is looking to add to its staff numbers on the back of the recent move into a new head office in Dundee.

In early January the accountancy firm moved from its old head office in Royal Exchange in Panmure Street, Dundee, to the Vision Building in the city’s Greenmarket.

“One of the prime reasons for our move was that we needed additional space to grow the business and provide more accommodation for additional personnel,\" explains Fiona Doctor, Henderson Loggie’s HR Director. “Now the move has been made and we are bedded in, we are running an active recruitment drive to meet growing demand across all our service lines.

“For example, we are actively looking to add a Corporate Finance Executive, an Accounting Systems Consultant, a Qualified Assistant (Audit & ABS), a Trainee CA, a Direct Entry Trainee CA and summer interns, all to be based in Dundee.

“There is no doubt that the level of demand for our services has been steadily increasing since the middle of last year and we are also looking to add elsewhere in Scotland, including a Personal Tax Consultant and a Graduate Tax Assistant required in our Glasgow office, plus a VAT Manager in Edinburgh.

“The economy has been on the up and the timing of our move has been good.”
