Leading construction products manufacturer, Ductmate, underlined its continued expansion into the Middle East with a visit to Oman-based partner, Bahwan Engineering Company, in May.

Designed for sheet metal air ducts, Ductmate was the first slide-on flange system to offer an integrated sealant within the flange system, eliminating the need to seal the ducting cross-joints.  Ductmate products save customers time and money, with well-conceived designs and zero detrimental effects on the environment.

Ductmate’s Head of Sales & Marketing, Richard Brough, met with leaders of Bahwan Engineering’s Mechanical Products division and toured their impressive facilities, as well as meeting with several key customers to better understand their current and future business needs.

Ductmate’s Richard Brough said “I’m delighted to confirm our important relationship with Bahwan Engineering, which is a key element in Ductmate’s continued expansion into the Middle East.  A number of high-profile projects in Oman, including the new Muscat and Salalah International Airport, already use Ductmate products to save time and money – and to reduce their impact on the environment.”

Bahwan Engineering’s Sameer Khan said “Ductmate is a trusted name in Oman and so is Bahwan. We have worked well together for over 30 years. As a result of its quality and reputation, Ductmate is now the de facto choice for public building projects. We look forward to working with Ductmate long into the future.”
