Seabraes House: Redwell\'s Innovative New Headquarters

Earlier this year, Redwell GB moved into its new Dundee headquarters in order to accommodate an expanding infrared heating business and establish a space for both clients and designers to explore ideas.

Seabraes House, Redwell\'s new premises, is located in central Dundee, where it joins a growing number of national and international businesses and enjoys transport links to the rest of the country. Callum Milne, Redwell Director, hailed the move as the beginning of “a new chapter in Redwell’s history”, pointing out that the new office puts his company in \"an ideal position to connect with clients from across the United Kingdom\".

According to Milne, the move is not just a useful change of scenery: Seabraes House is designed to be a “creative, collaborative hub” where customers meet with designers and architects to “discuss their vision for their project”. Redwell has invested significantly in the new premises as a place for its clients to experience products in ‘real life’ contexts - to this end, a domestic kitchen and corporate boardroom setting have been installed alongside an multi-use open-plan meeting space. Each environment showcases the company’s catalogue and, naturally, the entire showroom is heated with infrared panels.

Milne\'s ambition for Seabraes House is to build \"an atmosphere which encourages creativity\". With more opportunities for growth on the horizon, Redwell\'s headquarters stand as an example of the new wave of commercial innovation coming out of the city of Dundee.
