The Dundee office of Ryden has enhanced the provision of services available to local clients by bringing in specialist Planning Consultant Ian Livingstone.

The firm\'s Tayside clients now have access to a full range of town planning services including feasibility studies and site appraisals; development briefs and masterplans; preparation, submission and management of planning applications; as well as appeals and expert witness.

Ian said: “In the context of the strategic TAYplan review and the imminent publication of the Main Issues Report of the Dundee City Council Local Development Plan 2018, I look forward to representing investors, land owners and developers with a view to releasing the full value of land and built resources.

“This is undoubtedly an exciting time for Dundee, bolstered by the regeneration of the City\'s waterfront, a National Planning Objective.  Significant associated development is expected as a result, contributing to the sustainable growth of Dundee and Tayside.”

Andy Boal, head of Dundee office, commented: Bringing in Ian allows us to respond to increased activity in our property market and the anticipated growth from current major investment in the area.\"
