Tens of thousands of shoppers are expected to descend on Overgate in Dundee for Black Friday.
Retailers have slashed their prices for this unmissable event with scores of top brands offering exclusive discounts. Trading hours will be extended with the centre opening at 8am until 8pm, allowing everyone to shop for less and for longer.
Multiple retailers including Argos, Debenhams, Topshop and Topman, New Look and Schuh will launch Overgate’s Black Friday with an 8am – 8pm opening.
Standout discounts range from up to 50% off on selected lines at Goldsmiths, River Island, Schuh, Quiz, Topman and New Look to up to 75% off selected fragrances at The Fragrance Shop, up to 75% at Menkind and up to 60% at Superdrug. Debenhams is offering up to 30% off every department and 10% off selected full price beauty and fragrance while Office has 20% on selected full price lines. Forget Black Friday, it’s Colour Friday at Smiggle with 30% off the 30 best gifts and Regis is offering GHD Black Friday special offers. Carphone Warehouse is also offering savings of £200 on pay monthly deals and £100 on pay as you go deals.
Speaking ahead of Friday, Overgate Centre Manager Malcolm Angus said,
“Overgate is counting down to Black Friday with many retailers heavily discounting a wide range of fantastic products. Last year we saw tens of thousands come through Overgate’s doors and we are anticipating another very busy day. My advice to customers would be to arrive early as all our car parks will be full before 10am, take advantage of the extended opening hours and snap up the many discounts.”
