Two of Scotland’s leading property focused professional services firms, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and Hardies Property and Construction Consultants have joined forces.
Both companies will continue to trade under their own names. Hardies will continue to specialise in construction services whilst Shepherd\'s will continue to specialise in residential and commercial valuation, property management and agency.
The two companies with their strong links in Tayside and Fife are more than a century old and by joining forces will create a new industry heavyweight with a combined turnover in excess of £25 million and 350 staff.
