'How It Felt' is a small Dundee based business which provides supervise, interactive, puppet building, drama and film making workshops. Their main themes are on mental health matters using puppets as tools for play and giving their users a voice.

How It Felt also collaborates with other organisations and projects and have featured recently in a documentary titled 'A Confession Of Depression' where they act as an example of creative outlets on how to tackle mental health matters. The documentary created by Stuart Burns and Ben Lawrie follows Ben's journey with his own mental health and the different ways in which mental health can be supported and by spreading awareness with his story. The film has been released on YouTube and will also have a screening at St.Andrews University in April for their annual mental health awareness week.
