RSB Lindsays welcomes Alison Broomhall who has recently joined its Commercial Property team in Dundee as a Solicitor.
Alison has worked in commercial property for over two and half years and her previous experience includes acting for landlords and tenants in retail, hospitality and leisure transactions and acting for corporate entities purchasing residential estates to use for commercial purposes. She has also managed a £5.6million Scottish property portfolio disposal through private treaty and auction sales.
Prior to this, Alison had gained seven years’ of commercial experience in the oil and gas industry where she was responsible for managing high-value mergers for international businesses and protecting the company’s legal interests during international expansion.
