The 2018 Summer Season of the award-winning Business Fives’ popular business five-a-side tournament kicks off in Dundee this August.
With continued support from Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce the Professional Services Event will take place on Tuesday 14th August at the Soccerworld venue. The event allows companies a unique opportunity to change the office for the football pitch, turn colleagues into team mates and make some new connections all whilst raising money for charity at the same time.
For the first time they are extending their reach to football loving professionals across five Scottish cities. Business Fives will visit Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and Inverness with 11 events throughout the summer before returning to Edinburgh for the National Final on September 26th.
The tournament boasts well known ambassadors including former stars Lee Mair, Derek Soutar, Rab Douglas personalities BBC pundit Tam McManus along with David Turner.
The Professional Services event will see companies from across Dundee try to take the title from the reigning champions, Graham Pest Control.
Each business taking part will be asked to nominate a charity partner to play for and will compete not just for the title of champions but for a bumper donation from Business Fives. With an aim to raise more that £25,000 Business Fives will continue to donate 10% of revenue to the champions chosen charity.
A range of companies from the city have already signed up with BT, Shepherd Surveyors, M3 Networks, Kimac Group etc so far.
