Information About Changes to Royal Mail Services in Dundee East

Published

8th July 2011

Royal Mail is making some changes to the way it delivers mail to some of its business customers in the Dundee East delivery areas of DD4 and DD5.

From 4 July, a small amount of business customers, approximately 220, will be part of a revised delivery route.

Royal Mail will continue to deliver in the morning and for a longer period during the day. Many customers will continue to get their mail by lunchtime. If you currently pay for a timed delivery service, the time of this will not change.

The time of their standard delivery will depend on where they are located on the new or existing delivery route. This may be later or possibly earlier than they are used to.

When mail volumes vary, Royal Mail may need to adjust delivery arrangements and times.

Royal Mail collect mail from should see no alteration to the arrangements for this collection as a result of these changes.
