New plans have been submitted for a cook school and cafe at a Dundee butchers.
Scott Brothers Butchers initially submitted the application in September of last year but had to make adjustments to the ventilation system.
If given the go-ahead, the new cafe will be located above the butchers shop on Nethergate, with the cook school on the top floor.
Scott Brothers co-owner Scott Jarron said: “We’re just waiting to hear back from the council about it.
“Planning is holding us up a bit. We were planning to start work in February or March but it is not going to be anything like that.
“With a bit of luck, the work will start later this year.”
