DETAILS

These documents provide the individual product duty rates and the preferential rules of origin that will apply as a result of preferential agreements made between the UK and third countries, including Free Trade Agreements.

The purpose of the Statutory Instrument is to ensure that the UK can set preferential import duties in line with any preferential arrangements that are in place, for example Free Trade Agreements. We’ll link to the Statutory Instrument on the legislation.gov.uk site once it’s published.
