POLL: YOUR VIEWS ON THE FUTURE OF THE WORKFORCE
While Brexit continues to dominate the headlines, BCC continues to focus on the critical, long-term issues facing businesses.
Dundee & Angus Chamber needs your views to ensure that our local business voice is properly reflected in the work being done at a national level. We know that access to the right people with the right skills remains a challenge and as such must be addressed as a top priority. We very much need a wide range of views so please take a few minutes to answer the questions.
Thanks, Alison Henderson, CEO Dundee & Angus Chamber.
Employing and retaining the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, is a top priority for firms across the UK. As a valued Chamber of Commerce member, we want to take your views and experiences to the highest levels of government.
In this short poll, we ask: what are your views on flexible working? Is the apprenticeship system working? And how might a change to immigration policy impact your business?
Our surveys give us the evidence we need to influence the policies that impact UK businesses. See here for some of our policy wins.
Five minutes of your time will give your local Chamber and the British Chambers of Commerce the real-world business input we need to stand up for your interests.
Take part in the survey here.
Thank you for getting involved.

BCC Workforce Survey 2019
The survey looks at the costs of employment (e.g. impact of Nat Living Wage), access to skills (e.g. apprenticeships, T Levels), and the changing nature of the workplace (e.g. flexible working etc). The results of the survey will form the basis for all of our policy work around workforce and labour market issues and position the Chamber Network across the national media.
This poll will close on 16 May.
