Temporary Traffic Order - Macalpine Road

Dundee City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the purpose of facilitating carriageway resurfacing works. The Order is expected to be in force for 8 days from 5 October 2000. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is eighteen months.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Macalpine Road from Camperdown Road to Americanmuir Road.

An alternative route will be available via Staffa Place, Rosemount Road, Dalmahoy Drive and Birkdale Place.

 

Temporary Traffic Orders - Charleston Area

Dundee City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the purpose of facilitating City Fibre cable installation works. The Order is expected to be in force for 9 weeks from 12 October 2020. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is eighteen months.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in (1) Craigmount Road between Craigard Road and Buttars Loan, (2) Buttars Terrace between Buttars Road and Brownhill Street, (3) Brownhill Street between Brownhill Place (East) and Brownhill Place (West), (4) Brownhill Place between Brownhill Street and Liff Place, (5) Craigmount Road between Craigard Road and Craigmount Road and (6) Ravenscraig Road between Craigowan Road and Craigard Road.

More than one street may be closed at any time.

Alternative routes will be available via (1) Buttars Loan, South Road, Craigard Road and Craigmount Road, (2) Buttars Road, Brownhill Road, Brownhill Place and Brownhill Street, (3) Brownhill Place, (4) Brownhill Street and Brownhill Place, (5) Craigard Road and Craigmount Road and (6) Craigowan Road and Craigard Road.

 

Temporary Traffic Order - Hill Street, Broughty Ferry

Dundee City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the purpose of facilitating carriageway resurfacing works. The Order is expected to be in force for seven days from 19 October 2020. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is eighteen months.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Hill Street for its entire length.

Access to residents will be maintained where possible.

An alternative route will be available via Fort Street, Queen Street, Camphill Road and Maryfield Road.
