SPAR implements new food-to-go brand CJ’s

SPAR, the leading convenience store retailer in Scotland, is further expanding their food-to-go offering by implementing their CJ’s quick and tasty food-to-go brand in a raft of company owned stores across Scotland.

This exciting new brand to SPAR Scotland stores comes as part of a significant investment by wholesaler CJ Lang & Son Ltd, which will see SPAR company owned stores the length and breadth of the country offering a fantastic food-to-go service by the end of March 2021.

CJ’s the over-arching food-to-go brand will be available in stores alongside other tasty and quick products such as Rollover Hotdogs, Costa Coffee, F’real Milkshakes, Skwishee and Tango Blast. The dynamic food-to-go rollout programme in SPAR Scotland stores will also include a hot breakfast and lunch offer along with support from local bakers Asher’s, Browning’s the Bakers, JG Ross, McGhee’s and Stuart’s for a range of cakes, sweet treats and hot savouries too.

There is a wider company focus on food-to-go, local bakery products and fresh produce. Recently SPAR Scotland launched their new Lunch Meal Deal which offers great value for money on award winning products like sandwiches and salads from Greencore plus lots of soft drinks and snacks.
