Santa Drivers are coming to town

“Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus
Right down Peep o’Day Lane…!”

Xplore Dundee’s Santa Drivers are dusting off the red suits this December to spread Christmas cheer and raise funds for a local foodbank.

Although the pandemic means the group will not be able to hand out sweets to young passengers as they have done in previous years, they hope people’s spirits will be lifted by spotting Santa behind the wheel and perhaps even hearing a festive ‘Ho Ho Ho’!

The fundraisers will also not be taking cash donations - they’re encouraging anyone who wants to support them to visit their online fundraising page (tinyurl.com/santabus2020) or to text to donate. Just send the word SANTABUS followed by the amount you wish to donate (eg SANTABUS 5 will donate £5) to 70085.

All money raised will support the work of the foodbank at Lifegate Community Cafe in Whitfield.
