McGill, which has a successful and long-standing relationship with Caledonia Housing Association, has been awarded a contract worth £1.3million, to complete new kitchen installations over the next two years.
The contract is the latest to be awarded to McGill by a number of housing associations across Scotland. It includes every step of the kitchen replacement work, beginning with surveys of the existing kitchens, planning and preparation of works, carrying out the replacement of the kitchen, and any attendant works including décor and floor coverings.
This is the most recent contract awarded to McGill, which has continued to grow since its acquisition by investment group United Capital, in March 2019. Since acquiring McGill, United Capital have expanded their offering by bringing Alliance Electrical and Saltire Facilities Management into the group.
McGill Operations Director, Chris Ferriday commented, “We are immensely pleased to have been awarded this contract.
