Tayside Council on Alcohol Vacancy 
 
Salary:   £10,628.80 per annum based on 14 hours per week  
 
Location: The base for this post is The Wishart, 50 Constable Street, Dundee DD4 6AD. There may be a requirement to work from other offices from time to time for which travel expenses would be paid. 
 
Terms/Hours:  Permanent - 14 hours per week, the exact days, and hours to be worked to be negotiated with the successful candidate. 
 
Please note this post is office-based and not open to hybrid home/office working. 
 
Responsible to: Finance & Governance Officer

Brief Description of Duties:            
To support the Finance & Governance Officer in the efficient running of the Finance Department. The preparation and analysis of all financial information, including monthly accounts. Responsibility for the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices accurately and timeously.  
Other responsibilities will include the maintenance of the sales and purchase ledgers and the preparation of 2 weekly supplier payment runs. Collation of financial budget and expenditure monitoring reports, preparation of monthly expenses and payroll runs and to provide managers with financial data as required.
