DACC App Privacy Policy

The Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") understands the importance of protecting your privacy. We collect this information when you create an account, make bookings, participate in events, or engage with the App's features.

b. Usage Information: We may collect non-personal information about your usage of the App, such as your device information, IP address, browser type, and operating system. This information helps us analyse trends, improve the App, and enhance your user experience.

a. To Provide Services: We use your personal information to deliver the services you request through the App, such as processing bookings, facilitating check-ins, and sending notifications about events.

a. Account Settings: You can review and update your account information through the App's settings. You may also choose to delete your account, this can be done by requesting the deletion via email membership@dundeeandanguschamber.co.uk where we will remove all data of your account from the app and our records unless you are still a member of the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce, where will only delete the app content and not the details stored for your continued membership

b. Cookies: You can modify your browser settings to decline cookies or alert you when they are being used. However, disabling cookies may limit certain functionalities of the App.

6.      Children's Privacy:

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised version on the App or through other communication channels.
