Dundee Carers Centre aim to improve the lives of unpaid carers and disabled people through practical and emotional support, access to short breaks, training and information, plus support to people accessing Self-directed Support.

The availability of a large pool of highly skilled labour is a key feature in the Dundee economy. Flexibility in the labour force is currently more prevalent in Dundee than in Scotland as a whole. All forms of labour market flexibility - part-time, temporary employment, self-employment and shift work - are widely operational within the city. Labour force stability in the city is excellent, enabling companies to plan with confidence. Labour turnover levels are less than 5% and absenteeism averages 2%.

Dundee Law Centre has been assisting the people of Dundee with their legal issues for nearly 30 years. Our overall objective is to combat poverty and homelessness by providing free, accessible, confidential, quality advice and representation to assist clients to pursue their legal rights, within a framework of equality, education, respect and opportunity.

Dundee Museum of Transport was established in 2010 with the aim of saving and re-developing the site of the former Maryfield Tram Depot. The Museum, currently situated on Market Street in Dundee, opened in 2014 and has become a popular attraction among the City's thriving heritage scene.

Dundee SEN is a member led network that aims to support, promote, develop and represent social enterprises in Dundee.

The Dundee Stars are a professional ice hockey team based in the Scottish city of Dundee. They were formed in 2001 and play their home games at the 2600 capacity Dundee Ice Arena.

We support serving, ex-forces and ex-uniformed emergency personnel. We aim to improve their well-being by spending therapeutic time in a green outdoor space. We offer 1 to 1 counselling sessions by appointment to veterans and immediate family members. We also offer an 8 week, small group, programme to veterans to address psychological and emotional issues run by 2 qualified and experienced counsellors. Based at a garden site in the middle of Dundee, we would welcome contact if you think we could help or would like more information.
