This Business Resilience Clinic will hear from local organisations who have faced such challenges and how they've implemented changes throughout the organisation and tackled such threats.

Business resilience is the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, safeguard people and assets, while maintaining continuous business operations.

We'll also have the esxpertise from the team at Barclays who will be telling us more about how you can prepare your business for the future, explore trading abroad, regulation of goods and services, labour, finance and investment and data and cyber security. We'll also look at how you can asses and prepare your business for future changes.

Carol is a Programme Management Director at NCR, focused on strategic programmes to drive business transformation. Carol has been in various roles within NCR including Business Operations; Sales; and Global Marketing
