The Egyptian-British Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to invite you to our fourth online session in a series aimed at briefing you on the new customs pre-registration system for export to Egypt ‘Nafeza’. This event will take place on Thursday 16th of September 2021 at 10:00 AM UK time.
During our previous briefings, we went through the procedure of the new ACI pre-shipment registration procedures issued by the Egyptian Government which will be implemented from 1 October 2021. Nafeza is Egypt’s single window platform aimed at fulfilling all regulatory requirements related to the release of goods at Egyptian Customs.
During this session, we take a closer look at Nafeza’s service provider CargoX. We will turn our attention to UK Exporters through a step-by-step guide to the platform from registration to submitting documents as well as problems encountered when using CargoX for the first time. The digital platform runs on blockchain technology and is a secure, fast, and cost-effective method of submitting your shipping documentation to Egypt.
We advise all UK exporters planning to attend this event to register on the CargoX platform ahead of this meeting, if you have not done so already.
This event is hosted by The Egyptian-British Chamber of Commerce and is advertised as part of our ongoing support for businesses looking to expand into international markets.
