The series is open to all and not aimed solely at a female audience, our Leading Ladies can inspire the most senior of business people across the region.

Denise McHugh, Dover Fueling Solutions

Denise began her career at General Electric within the Aviation sector where she progressed through a variety of roles, with increased seniority, in Supply Chain, Planning and IT, laterally transitioning to the Oil & Gas sector to complete her 22 years’ service with GE.

Her drive for continued growth and learning brought her to Dover Fueling Solutions, driving the daily challenges of manufacturing operations, achieving full site accountability in 2023.

Denise’s passion is for people, she strives to be a positive role model and mentor.  An active STEM Ambassador, Denise has led multiple programmes encouraging young people into engineering and growing the talent pipeline.
