DEAP Limited in Dundee is looking forward to further expanding the delivery of CSCS Training in Dundee and Angus and introducing new training courses throughout 2019.
From our training centres in Dundee City Centre and Arbroath throughout 2018 DEAP has supported in excess of 400 individuals to have the skills and knowledge to work within construction industries by giving them the necessary training to gain or refresh their operatives card.
Working with sole traders, small and medium business DEAP have provided a flexible and fast turnaround on delivery to meet the need of their employers. Providing the full training for individuals new to the construction trades or refresher training for the more experienced individuals where their cards were due to expire..
At the request of employers DEAP set up and delivered evening training sessions, and weekend testing for groups of employees. This proved very popular to small businesses and individuals as it helped to minimise disruption to their workforce allowing them to meet the demands of their contract.
Looking forward over the next year, and with expected continued growth in construction industries throughout the region, we hope to support more small/medium businesses to maintain a qualified workforce.
