DF Communications named as double finalist in national awards

DF Communications, a leading business communications specialist, has been announced as a finalist in two categories at a prestigious industry event.

Aberdeen-based DF Communications, which delivers mobile phone and landline products and services, has been shortlisted in the Best Enterprise Unified Communications Solution and Best Enterprise Cloud Solution at the 2017 Comms National Awards.

Both award entries focused on project work completed for North Star Shipping – part of The Craig Group – which reduced costs and improved communications for the client.

In total, DF Communications connected 136 hosted IP phones on 34 vessels in North Star Shipping’s fleet, which supports around 50 offshore installations in the North West European Area (NWEA).

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London on October 12 (2017).
