Hillcrest HA appoints new Director of Housing

Hillcrest Housing Association, parent of the Hillcrest Group of Companies, is delighted to announce the appointment of Bob Sander as their new Director of Housing.

Bob started in post this month and is responsible for leading the Housing Management function within Hillcrest Housing Association, ensuring the delivery of key objectives, and providing strategic direction.

Hillcrest’s Deputy Chief Executive, Fiona Morrison said: “We are delighted to welcome Bob into the team during a period of growth for Hillcrest Housing Association and the wider Hillcrest Group.

“Bob brings a wealth of Housing sector knowledge and experience to what is a key strategic role within the Group.”

Bob has previous worked in senior roles within several housing organisations including Abertay Housing Association and Circle 33.

Bob said: “Hillcrest Housing Association is recognised as a leader in Scotland’s Housing industry and I am excited to be working with the senior team and my colleagues throughout the organisation to continue this great work.

“The staff team also has a fantastic reputation and I look forward to forging positive working relationships across the Hillcrest Group.”

Bob started with Hillcrest Housing Association on 6 December 2017.

Hillcrest Housing Association was established in 1967 and is one of Scotland’s largest Housing Associations. They provide housing and support in Dundee, Edinburgh, Angus, Perthshire and Fife, with over 5500 good quality, well maintained homes at affordable rents. In each area of operation there are local offices with housing advice teams who can provide an immediate response to the customers.
