Free Customer Service Training

With Scotland gearing up to host major events from the Commonwealth Games to Homecoming Scotland in 2014, The People 1st Training Company is helping businesses prepare by offering 5,000 Government-funded passes for its WorldHost Insights customer service training programme for small to medium-sized businesses.

Businesses with up to 250 staff can claim free passes for the e-learning programme, which includes elements of the training used to prepare thousands of staff and volunteers for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Sharon Glancy, managing director of the People 1st Training Company, commented: “With Scotland preparing to welcome the world in 2014, we wanted to give small and medium businesses something that will help them make the most of the opportunities on offer, wow their customers and secure repeat business.\"

The 5000 free passes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Businesses and employees can claim their passes here.
