Dundee & Angus College\'s Skillzone team has been attracting visitors from abroad.

16 teachers from Greece are spending time in the Arbroath campus to learn how the College and their partners, including Angus Council, Arbroath Academy, Youth Justice, ESP Panbride and Through Care and After Care work together to support young people into college and employment.

The visit links in with a European Project being led by the D&A College designed to develop social or “soft” skills required to be an effective employee. The NESSIE (Network for Soft Skills Innovation for Employment) Project targets those looking for work and also those in employment.

Project manager, Mina Welsh, says “It’s testament to our team’s achievements that a number of European countries are coming here to find out more.”
