Discover the most sought-after properties of October 2023 on tspc.co.uk. These homes caught the attention of potential buyers and had more views than any others listed on the website.

With two of the top ten listings located on Glamis Road, it raises the question of whether this is one of the most sought-after streets in Dundee.

Other listings ranged from a distinctive three-bedroom home in Broughty Ferry to a classic Victorian residence in Edzell and a grand six-bedroom period property in the West End of Dundee, showcasing a diverse range of sizes and styles.

Budgets varied too, with the most affordable property priced at £150,000, and the most expensive at £540,000.

Notably, October's property market retained its stability, with half of the top properties now under offer, including three that secured a closing date.

Angela Wallace, Centre and Operations Manager of TSPC, commented:

“As TSPC hold the market share of all properties exclusively listed in the Tayside area, being listed in the top 10 is a great achievement for these homes and for the Solicitor agents who have listed them.

"Looking at the homes featured, Dundee and Broughty Ferry remain sought-after locations among house hunters.

"The diversity in our top ten from traditional to unique and modern homes underlines the variety of properties available on the number one portal for the area.

"If you are thinking of buying or selling it is never too early to talk to your solicitor estate agent. TSPC solicitor estate agents are up to date with what is currently happening in the local market and have the skills and expertise to provide the guidance and support you need."
