TSPC, the leading property portal for Dundee, Angus, and North Fife, is excited to reveal the most sought-after properties of 2023 on tspc.co.uk.

Outshining over 2,100properties listed this year, these top ten homes collectively received over 230,000 views, drawing keen interest from prospective buyers and curious home enthusiasts alike. Whether it has been with the intent to buy, or just to have a snoop around the variety of homes on offer, these properties highlight a mix of traditional, unique, modern, and renovation-worthy residences.

Broughty Ferry takes the spotlight with several top properties, while others are located in Dundee, Carnoustie, Monikie, and Monifieth.

Both the highest and lowest priced properties find their place in Broughty Ferry. The former West Ferry railway station, listed for offers over £150,000, stands in contrast to an elegant stone-built villa at a fixed price of £649,995, nestled in the heart of Broughty Ferry.

Of the ten properties, seven have new owners, with one achieving an exceptional selling price surpassing its Home Report value by an astounding 15.6%. Only two of the top ten properties remain actively available for viewing and purchase on tspc.co.uk, while one property is temporarily on hold.
