Transformative Contact Centre Academy: Igniting Careers through Passion for Customer Service

D&A College, Angus Council Skills & Employability Team, and the ESP Group proudly announce the launch of the Contact Centre Academy. This 4-week programme is designed for individuals who are currently unemployed with a genuine desire to work hard and provide excellent service.

About the Academy:

Running from 19th February to 15th March, the Contact Centre Academy focuses on honing technical and meta skills in a simulated work environment. We are seeking individuals with a passion for customer service, ready to embark on a transformative journey.

Information Open Day – 12th Feb:

Join us on 12th February from 10am-12pm at D&A College- Arbroath Campus, Calc Building, for an Information Open Day. Dive into the details of the programme, learn about the ESP Group, and sign up for an opportunity designed for those with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. No experience required – just bring your enthusiasm and commitment to hard work.

Guaranteed Interviews with the ESP Group:

Upon successful completion, participants will get a guaranteed interview with the ESP Group in Arbroath.
