Abertay University and Al-Maktoum College, Scotland plus Taleem Management Services and IBDL Learning Group, Egypt are conducting research on leadership development needs of middle managers.
The process has been very insightful into the culture of leadership development in a range of industries in Egypt and Scotland.
Funded by the Scottish Funding Council, this research will guide the development of a dedicated professional development training programme for middle managers to meet the needs of their organisations.
