About the Role
Volpa is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised office administrator to provide effective day to day administration for the business. You will be a bright self-starter who is organised and efficient in managing your work and working with others.
Volpa provides a very dynamic service for our clients, responding to change of project scope at very short notice, as a result the responsibilities of this role may vary at any time. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and who uses their initiative to respond to new challenges.
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the role by utilising and building upon their skills and abilities. Potential areas for development of the role range from taking on additional office management, working with directors on marketing and business development to
assisting with web content and social media.

Your Responsibilities
ï‚· Accounts Administration - processing invoices, employee expenses, liaising with external suppliers
ï‚· Customer Service Duties - answering phone enquiries, message taking, preparing press cuttings reports.
ï‚· General Administration - keeping records up to date, maintaining contact with our freelance contractor network, filing
ï‚· Office Organisation - responsible for the smooth functioning of Volpa’s office, ensuring the office is welcoming and well presented at all times.
ï‚· Meetings Co-ordination - arranging meetings, meeting room reservations, and travel requirements for the team.
ï‚· Account Management Support - to assist account managers in providing an accurate, on time, professional administrative service and assisting account managers with any needs that may arise.
ï‚· Database Administration – helping maintain and develop the company’s extensive press and client databases.
ï‚· To carry out any general \'ad-hoc’ duties, as required

The skills and experience we are looking for:

ï‚· Excellent communication skills, including confident telephone manner and good level of written English
ï‚· Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
ï‚· Basic to intermediate Social Media skills
ï‚· Attention to detail ï‚· Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and prioritise own workload
ï‚· A flexible, positive and \'can-do’ attitude ï‚· Strong customer service focus.
ï‚· Highly organised and able to multi-task You’ll fit right into our den if:

Salary: £15,500 per annum

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, 35 days holiday per annum
