Mr. Norman Rollo, landlord of Martin & Co has been named among the first batch of prize-winners in the Martin & Co referral scheme.
The ‘Recommend a Friend’ referral scheme was launched in January in response to a Martin & Co survey that showed 95% of customers would recommend Martin & Co to someone else, namely as a result of great customer service (92% satisfaction).
Landlords and property investors have the chance to win £1,000 of Virgin holiday vouchers by referring a friend or another landlord to Martin & Co.
Not only does the referral scheme bring more customers to Martin & Co, but it helps reward the goodwill and gratitude of their customers who are willing to take the time out of their day to recommend the service to the rest of the public.
