Cairn O’ Mount Bar Re-opening

Forbes of Kingennie invites you to come along and enjoy a dram in our newly refurbished Cairn O\'Mount bar on Friday 19th February.

Our wooden bar has been converted into a stone fronted bar with a sleek black top. The mid-wall has been knocked down to open up the room and a central glass fireplace has been introduced to create a welcoming warmth. We have used a lot of traditional materials from stone and leather to tweed sourced from the Isle of Harris as well as contemporary twists including an unusual wine rack, long vertical windows and a concertina door.

With an overall investment of £100,000 in the bar and outside veranda we hope that all of our guests all get a chance to wind down and take full advantage of the new space.
