Hillcrest Housing Association has recently appointed Steve Kell to the newly created post of Head of Housing on an 18 month contract.
With over 30 years’ experience of working with Hillcrest, Steve brings with him a wealth of housing knowledge as well as an excellent understanding of the company.
Steve will be responsible for the management of staff teams delivering comprehensive housing management, tenant participation and tenancy sustainment services. He will regularly review the services to ensure they meet with legislation, best practice and tenant expectation.
Steve Kell commented that “I’m delighted to take on the role of Head of Housing. We’ve had a lot of changes at Hillcrest recently with the way we communicate with tenants and how our service is delivered so it’s an exciting time. I’m sure with the support of my colleagues I can help to guide and support the department to provide the first class service that our tenants have come to expect.”
In his new post, Steve will also have a role to play in the management of the Hillcrest Group. As a member of the Group Management team he will contribute towards the development of the corporate strategy for the wider Hillcrest Group of Companies.
