David McGuire, who has been with MacRoberts since 2001, has been promoted from Senior Associate to Director. David has a considerable depth of experience in commercial property, with a particular focus on renewable energy developments, and extensive experience in hotel and commercial developments.
Nicole Cook – who has been with the firm since she was a trainee in 2008 – has been promoted to Senior Associate. Nicole specialises in commercial property law, and advises a broad range of clients including investors, developers, pension schemes, insolvency practitioners and landlord and tenants in relation to various types of commercial properties.
Angus Wood has also been promoted to Senior Associate. Angus joined MacRoberts’ Dispute Resolution team in 2013 and his work focuses principally on commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on insolvency and property litigation.
Elsewhere at MacRoberts, 4 senior solicitors have been promoted to Associate level. They include Dawn MacPherson in Real Estate, Lisa Maguire in Banking & Finance, Alan Roughhead in Private Client and Alan MacDonald in Dispute Resolution.
In addition to this ,3 solicitors have been promoted to senior solicitor level; they include Graham Horn (Dispute Resolution) Brain Jackson (Private Client) and Pauline McLachlan (Energy, Resources and Transport).
