As with any business, the Chamber works with trusted suppliers in a number of ways, and the time has now come for us to be re-appointing our IT supplier.
In line with our procurement policy, the Chamber is putting out a call to businesses who wish to tender for our IT Support Contract.
We are not seeking a lengthy proposal document, but invite you to submit a quotation that covers and costs the following requirements:
- Business hours support throughout the year for our current IT kit and up to 7 regular users - ensuring that all systems and applications run at optimum speed, efficiently and effectively.
- Security advice and implementation.
- Back-up advice and implementation.
- Cabling and wiring to meet UK health and saftey standards when required.
- Ongoing advice and recommendations on systems development and hardware replacement and/or upgrades.
- Future-proofing advice and recommendations.
- Broadband service support.
- Any other added value services you wish to highlight or include.
