Each year, the Association of Scottish Businesswomen (ASB) honours and celebrates the achievements and contribution of inspirational women through their Women of Inspiration Awards. This year the event took place on the 8th March 2018 at the Virgin Money Lounge in Edinburgh. It was a special way to celebrate International Women’s Day for TOK Director, Alice Beveridge, who was nominated by colleague and TOK Marketing Coordinator, Lindsay Wrapson.
Alice Beveridge is a Positive Psychologist, Director and Speaker at Fife based motivational-training company, Tree of Knowledge. In her role as an inspirational Speaker, Alice has motivated and inspired over 50,000 people across Scotland and the UK. She engages audiences from primary and secondary schools to the teams and leaders from some of the most successful businesses in the UK. Her understanding of people and what motivates them allows her to be the spark people need to achieve their goals.
In her role as Director at Tree of Knowledge, Alice is leading transformational strategic change as the company grows. She manages the whole team and puts their health, well-being and personal development at the forefront of everything she does. She plays a key role in mentoring team members and is determined to help everyone in her team grow and develop in their professional roles.
Her enthusiasm and commitment is infectious and she always brings out the best in those around her.
