Energie Fitness Dundee are looking for a Health & Fitness Manager with a passion for excellent customer service, to be able to create an inspirational environment where people feel they belong, help them achieve their goals & have fun doing so! Have you got the Wow Factor?
You will need to be passionate about members needs, help, advise and train them to achieve individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.
The role is crucial to the success of the club & you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the Member experience is empowering people to transform their lives!
Duties will include Managing the Fitness Team & Freelance Instructors. Teaching Group exercises classes, taking gym Inductions & reviews, member interaction & focus on retention.
Cleanliness, Maintenance and exceptional customer service are paramount & will be your responsibility to ensure high standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
• Reps Level 2 or equivalent essential
• Reps Level 3 or equivalent desirable
• Class Teaching experience essential
