Another tick in your box: Save £150 and get your business accredited for climate change

Climate change is a reality that we hear about every day. With a sense of urgency we are asked, as individuals, to evolve our behaviours and consider how our purchasing choices impact environmental matters.

As a business, the environmental impact of your activity is of great importance and you are under an increasing pressure to respond to your customers’ changing expectations. It is only a matter of time when what they now merely ask about will become essential criteria for their supplier selection. Get ahead of the game, respond to the risks and opportunities and understand your responsibility in the climate emergency. Become accredited for your carbon literacy.

Dundee E3 team has been provided free support to more than 150 businesses in Dundee since the start of 2022. The core of the help is around digital and online presence. However a significant offering from the project is free accreditation for carbon literacy, a requirement which help with the cost-effectiveness of your business, will meet new regulations and your customers expectations.

In Dundee E3 toolbox, at the ready for you as a Dundee-based business owner, is a suite of free online training courses on Climate Emergency that you can undertake and from which you will get accreditation. The course is currently available to non-Dundee businesses for £150. But for you, based in Dundee, it is free. The course takes place over 3 dates: 4th July (Introduction to Climate Emergency – 1 hour), 2nd and 9th August (Climate Emergency Training – 2x2.5 hours).

Book your place today, it won’t cost you a penny and it may bring pounds to your order book when environmental regulations are implemented.
