Beyond Boundaries: A fully-funded course empowering working parents in your workforce

Beyond Boundaries: A skill-enhancing programme designed to boost career growth for employed parents, promoting a supportive working environment and encouraging staff retention in businesses.

Staff retention and career development can be challenging for businesses who have working parents within their team.

The learning culture and progression opportunities that you offer to other employees can be difficult for working parents when the demands of nurturing a family takes precedence. As a result, their own career development often goes on hold due to time constraints.

Funded by The Angus Local Employability Partnership & The Scottish Government, the Beyond Boundaries Programme is a fully-funded personal development course designed to empower the parents in your workforce. This initiative targets employees with untapped potential, offering the support and encouragement needed to propel them into leadership roles.

Investing in the professional growth of your working parents enhances their skills and confidence whilst also offering advantages to your business.

The benefits of investing in parents:
  • Enhanced employee productivity and job satisfaction
  • Cultivating a diverse and inclusive working environment
  • Positive brand impression and leadership development
  • Retainment of talent and internal promotion opportunities
  • Reduced recruitment challenge

Invest in your parent team members for their growth and a brighter business future.
