East of Scotland Colour Print Limited, the parent company of Winter and Simpson Limited and Barr Printers Limited are pleased to announce our recent acquisitions of A4 Design and Print Limited, Highland Print and Design Limited, both in Inverness and Moravian Digital Press in Elgin.
These acquisitions will broaden our business platform enabling the group to deliver high-quality printed products and services to clients throughout the North of Scotland.
A4 and Moravian will continue to trade from their existing premises. Highland Print and Design will be relocating to the A4 Design and Print premises and will trade under their name. Both Inverness and Elgin have design, digital printing and finishing capabilities with lithographic printing production taking place in Inverness.
Stephen Simpson, MD of East of Scotland Colour Print commented “We see this acquisition as another major part of our plans to remain at the forefront of the Scottish Print Industry and has not only safeguarded employment in the Highlands but will allow work that was sub-contracted elsewhere throughout the UK to now be completed at our Dundee print facility.”
The expanded group now employ 62 staff between the two production facilities and remote offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Glenrothes.
